Please review your order details carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming. Due to our quick processing times, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, or design.

If you make an error, you have a 6-hour window from order placement to cancel and reorder. For any questions before placing your order, contact us to ensure your satisfaction.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, your order may be in processing or shipping. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value applies. To cancel, email us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be provided.

  • Product description does not match the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible
